10 Healthy Habits for Beautiful Skin!

Hello my girls! So today's post is all about getting beautiful skin. I'll be sharing a few tips to beautiful skin along with a few DIYs. So, let's get started.
  1. Finish off with cold water: Every time you take a hot water shower, make sure you finish off by rinsing yourself with cold water as it helps to close pores and thus reduce acne.
  2. Leave your face wet: This is the most easiest way to hydrate your skin. All you need to do is wash your face and leave it wet. When you do this, your skin will absorb the water and moisturize your skin. Easy peasy right?
  3. Drink LOTS of water: Yes! A LOT! Drinking water is the easiest and cheapest way to get glowing skin.
  4. Love your moisturiser: Applying a Moisturiser is very important to nourish your skin. The best time to apply your moisturiser is immediately after drying your skin after taking a shower. (DIY moisturiser: Aloe Vera gel mixed with a few drops of water acts as a perfect moisturiser.)
  5. Exfoliate your skin: Exfoliating your skin removes the dry skin cells making it appear more smoother and softer. Exfoliation also helps to slow down aging process. ( DIY exfoliating scrub: Coconut oil with sugar acts as a perfect delicate scrub. You can use this for your lips too.)
  6. Protect your skin: The sun harms your skin the most. Every time you step out of the house make sure you apply a sunscreen with SPF 30 or 45. (Neutrogena is my favorite brand when it comes to sunscreens. Just saying!).
  7. Don't forget to tone: Toning your is very important to restore the pH balance of your skin after using a soap. So, toning after cleansing. ( DIY  toner: One part Apple Cider Vinegar taken in a bottle mixed with 3 parts of water can be used as a toner.)
  8. Vitamin E oil: A facial massage with vitamin E oil once a week can nourish , moisturize and tighten your skin. 
  9. Coconut oil: Applying coconut oil all over your body before bathing can help balance the oils of your skin and prevents drying out by the usage of soap.
  10. Eat for glowing skin: You are what you eat! Following a balanced diet can actually bring a huge difference in your skin.
So that's it my lovelies! Here are the 10 healthy habits that you should include in your skin routine for beautiful skin!

And, I would like to share a pimple trick with you guys that actually worked for me. If you have a huge pimple in your face which you want to get rid of ,you can apply a teeny tiny amount (JUST A TEENY TINY AMOUNT!!) of Vicks on it before you go to bed. This can actually shrink the pimple overnight! ( Just Shrink not disappear!)
